Ledger Live Login allows you to securely access your Ledger hardware wallet and manage your crypto portfolio. There are no usernames or passwords — all access is verified using your Ledger device.

How Ledger Live Login Works

1. Open Ledger Live

Launch the app on desktop or mobile. If enabled, the app may ask for a local password or biometric authentication.

2. Connect Your Ledger Device

  • USB connection (Nano S Plus, Nano X, Stax)
  • Bluetooth (Nano X via mobile)
  • NFC (Ledger Stax on supported phones)

3. Unlock Your Ledger

Enter your PIN on your hardware wallet. Without this, Ledger Live cannot proceed.

4. Device Verification

Ledger Live checks that your device is genuine. Once verified, the dashboard unlocks.

Device Not Detected

  • Use the original cable
  • Try another USB port
  • Restart Ledger Live
  • Update the app

Bluetooth Not Connecting

  • Restart Bluetooth
  • Move the device closer
  • Forget & re‑pair the device on mobile

Forgot Ledger Live Password

Reset the app and connect your Ledger device again. Your assets remain safe.
